How I Work

I’m Dr. Angie Fitzpatrick, a workplace culture advisor and leadership strategist who helps organizations strengthen the leadership practices that shape culture and performance.

I don’t come in with a preset framework or a one-size-fits-all solution. 
 

Instead, I work alongside HR leaders and executive teams to understand what’s happening beneath the surface — where expectations are unclear, accountability is uneven, or leadership behavior drifts from stated values.

My role is to strengthen the leadership structures that support clear thinking, aligned decisions, and consistent follow‑through.
